However, if you receive a faulty item or there is an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@bilanhaus.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you're satisfied with your purchase.

Please include your order number and photos of the faulty item when contacting us so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
